Thank you for your interest in my professional care.
My great passion is bringing healing to those who have experienced heartache, brokenness, trauma, stress, and hopelessness. It certainly is not easy navigating through this journey called life; however, there is hope for restoration and contentment. Through my love for others and through the support of Harmony Harbor, I am committed to work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. We start where you are and define and clarify where you want to be. I am thrilled to be practicing at Harmony Harbor Counseling! I look forward to learning about your unique situation and assisting you in achieving your personal goals.
I obtained a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA in 2014. My undergraduate degree is in Religion from Liberty University as well. As an intern here at Harmony Harbor, I am grateful to be practicing therapy under the supervision of Dr. Stacy Louk Walker. It’s through my passion and desire to learn, grow, and develop both personally and professionally, that I will bring my best self to the therapeutic environment day in and day out.
In addition to individual therapy for adolescents and adults, I am being trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) at Harmony Harbor Counseling and it is my goal to become certified in DBT. I attend a weekly consultation team, individual supervision, and co-lead two weekly Dialectical Behavioral Therapy psycho-educational skills training groups that targets managing difficult emotions and teaches interpersonal skills to improve relationships.
